Refund Policy

We accept eligible returns of defective and non-defective new merchandise and also accept exchanges. A change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect option can qualify when the item remains new, unused, and in its original condition with packaging, labels, and included accessories. Damage, faults, wrong fulfillment, missing parts, and material description differences may also be reviewed. Rights that cannot be excluded by law remain available.

Request window and evidence

Contact notihijuvoq15@gmail.com within 30 calendar days after delivery. Include the order number, checkout email, reason for the request, and photos or video when the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete.

Approval and return mailing

Do not mail a return before approval. Returns are sent by mail to the accurate return location confirmed after review; our correspondence address is not automatically the return warehouse. A free prepaid return label is included in the original package. Use that enclosed label for an eligible approved return, with no charge for its cost or corresponding return postage. Ask us for help if it is missing. No restocking fee applies, and an exchange depends on review and available inventory.

Refund processing

After approval, we process and initiate the refund to the original payment method within 10 days. A bank, card issuer, or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.
