Shipping Policy

Orders for our lunch boxes, insulated lunch bags, drinkware, food-storage containers, and meal-prep accessories follow separate preparation and carrier stages.

Processing and delivery

Once payment authorization succeeds, we ordinarily prepare an order in about 1–2 business days. Transit begins after dispatch and is estimated at 4–6 business days. Weekends and applicable holidays are excluded, and an estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date.

Addresses, charges, and tracking

Available destinations, shipping charges, and any free-shipping offer appear at checkout. Customers must enter an accurate delivery address, email, and telephone number. Tracking is provided when the carrier supports it.

Package problems

For delay, loss, damage, or a parcel marked delivered but not received, email notihijuvoq15@gmail.com with the order number and tracking details. Destination or carrier restrictions may apply.
